THE ROOMS IN THE MAIN HOUSE
We rent out the entire 6-acre property, ETV/15726 with 4 bedrooms by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Our finca is completely private. We do not rent nightly or by the room. Only photo shoots are available at a daily rate.
The main house is 490 square meters and well decorated to try and reflect the Mediterranean feeling. It hosts four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms (the blue room) can the bed be separated into two single beds a 90×200 cm. All the bedrooms have air conditioning for hot summer nights, and during winter the house heated with underfloor heating.
MASTERS
The master bedroom is a corner suite with views over the twin peak mountains in Alaro in the Tramuntana area. The views are completely private and you also see the pool and the sheep gardens when you open the windows. It features beautiful decor, a fireplace and a king size bed with fabrics from Rialto Living that match the curtains on the four windows. There is also a sofa in the south side of the room and a small table for a morning coffee near the views and the fireplace. There is also a Samsung frame TV that blends into the decor but is great for some Netflix before going to bed.
The master bathroom is large and sunny with two showers and two sinks as well as a bath. A separate toilet stall is there as well. And next to the bathroom is a big walk in closet.

THE BLUE/BEIGE ROOM
Is the second bedroom on the second floor and are the smallest one and the got a queen size bed of 160 cm width. It offers a view over the main front garden and have en suit bathroom with a shower and toilet. The fabrics are in blue beige tones and from Rialto living tighter with the rest of the furniture.
THE GREEN ROOM
The green room is the second biggest bedroom with a king size bed walking closet, with a views looking over the forest garden and the herb garden. The bathroom in the green room is large and sunny with separate shower and toilet stall. There is an antique drawer with a beautiful pair of lamps combined with a seating bench all furniture and textile are handpicked from Rialto Living

THE PINK ROOM
The pink room is one of our five king size bedrooms with built in wardrobe. Its spacious and beautifully appointed with lovely headboards and fabric from Rialto living in the tones of read. The room is south facing catching the morning sun rays and have its own doors to access the front main garden and the original barn.
There is a bench at the end of the bed fronting a drawer that matching an armchair in bamboo. With flower, lamps and artwork that complement the décor.
The bathroom in the pink room got a separate shower and toilet stall with a little window.
THE BLUE ROOM
Our blue room is a king-size bedroom and is spacious in size and cozy with its two big doors with glass from top to bottom to access the pool with just a stone step. The views are north and charming over the pool area and rose garden combined with the mountains in the background. It has both a built-in wardrobe and an antique chest with a beautiful antique armchair with the classic Mallorquin fabric. The headboards and fabric together with the nightstands and lights are handpicked from the local lifestyle store Rialto Living. This is also the only room that can separate the king-size bed into two single beds 90×180 cm if necessary.
The bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower and toilet stall with a beautiful stone sink.
THE BLUE ROOM

THE GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is fully equipped with a kitchen, a cozy living room area and a separate bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. It also got has a separate exclusive garden with sun beds and two dining tables, and sofas to relax and enjoy the mountain view from.
